Definition of Dangerous Goods
Dangerous goods are articles or substances which are capable of posing a risk to health, safety, property or the environment and which are shown in the list of dangerous goods in these Regulations or which are classified according to these Regulations.
Shipper's responsibility
According to Article 11 of Regulations Governing the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air:
Before delivering dangerous goods by air, the shipper should confirm the following items:

The products are permitted to transport by air.

It has been correctly classified, identified, packaged, marked, declared, and attached with the declaration form and other transportation documents in accordance with the provisions of Articles 3, 4, 6 to 10.
