Manufacture or import Existing Chemical Substance
- the average amount for three consecutive years is more than one hundred kilograms before Phase I Registration
- the amount of any year is more than one hundred kilograms before Phase I Registration must be apply for Phase I Registration.
Manufacture or importers sell or transfer existing chemical substances, should take the initiative to produce the Phase I registration identification code or other sufficient funding of approved Logo Sign.
