The Latest Information of Registration Regulation
For the Registration of New Chemical Substances and Existing Chemical Substances Act, which was implemented by the EPA in December 2014 and the Measures for the Registration of New Chemical Substances, which was implemented by the MOL in January 2015, we provide the service of the registration for foreign manufactures and domestic importers who can entrust us as TPR for the registration of various chemical substances in Taiwan. The application for the extension of new chemical substances and the Post-Phase I registration for the existing chemical substances under Act 19 (since 1st April, 2016) now are in progress. Coming soon: Act 20 Phase II Designated Registration.
In addition, we also provide SDS-CBI service (since October 2016), so that the foreign and domestic companies will have no concern about the disclosure of the business information while presenting SDS in trade. In case there is any question or inquiry, please be welcomed to contact us via email.
