Manufacture or import Existing Chemical Substance
- On April 1, 2016, manufacture or import of the existing chemical substances in the number of 100 kg or more for the first time
- The number of chemical substances that have been manufactured or imported into the country is less than 100 kg per year, but the number of chemical substances manufactured or imported for the first time is 100 kg or more
Manufacture or importers sell or transfer existing chemical substances, should take the initiative to produce the Post-Phase I registration identification code or other sufficient funding of approved Logo Sign.
