We can apply for SDS-CBI to protect the information of
(a.) SDS Product Name
(b.) Hazardous Chemical Substances Name
(c.) Hazardous Chemical Substances Composition
(d.) Manufacturer, Importer or Supplier Name
- Hazardous chemical ingredients possessing the following hazards as specified in CNS15030 Classification shall not apply for withholding the aforementioned Safety Data Sheet disclosure.
(a.) Acute toxicity category 1, category 2, or category 3;
(b.) Skin corrosion/irritation category 1;
(c.) Serious eye damage/eye irritation category 1;
(d.) Respiratory or skin sensitization;
(e.) Germ cells mutagenicity;
(f.) Carcinogenicity;
(g.) Reproductive toxicity;
(h.) Specific target organ systemic toxicity -- single exposure category 1
(i.) Specific target organ systemic toxicity-- repeated exposure category 1
- The client need to provide:
(a.) Hazardous Chemical Ingredients
(b.) Documentary Proof of Trade Secret
(c.) Testing Report and Application Form and Explanations and Proof Regarding Hazard Classification
of Hazardous Chemical Ingredients
(a.) Review full application form
(b.) If the client can provide testing report but can’t write the end point, DG can do it.
(c.) If the client need DG to support for test report and write the end point,
DG can help data search and complete the application form.
